A Note To Our Clients Regarding COVID-19
To Our Customers, Friends, Employees, and Vendors;
At Toulmin Kitchen & Bath, we're committed to the health, safety, and wellbeing of our customers, employee family, and community. As the COVID-19 virus is now being reported in all 50 states, we have implemented safety measures to help protect our employees, customers, and vendors. While we still don't know exactly how this virus will impact our local community, we feel we must take every precaution to keep our customers, their families, and our employees safe during this uncertain time.
Effective immediately, we have put the following safeguards in place to ensure that we are doing our part to help stop the spread of the virus:
• We Have Implemented a "No Handshake Policy" - Our company has agreed to a no handshake policy in our facility, including our showroom, as well as in your home.
• Sick employees or those who are caring for family members suspected or confirmed to have the COVID-19 virus are required to remain at home and self-quarantine for no less than 14 days.
• We ask that any visitors who are suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19, or who have come into contact with someone suspected or known to have the virus to refrain from entering our facility. Please contact us via phone, text, or email.
• As our team members come to your home, we ask that you communicate any special or unique instructions you may have regarding your health or as it relates to COVID-19.
• We have implemented hand-hygiene policies and respiratory etiquette practices for all of our employees at all times.
• Routine cleaning and disinfecting procedures are being followed in our office, showroom, and vehicles.
Our goal is to maintain uninterrupted service to our customers by keeping our employees as healthy as possible. We are currently keeping track of the latest news and information on the virus and its progression. We are following the health guidelines and direction provided by our state and local government, healthcare providers, and the CDC.
