Carpenter
In this role you should have experience in a variety of tasks related to home remodeling and carpentry work. This position requires a self motivated, organized, and versatile individual with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Perform trim carpentry and light framing for remodel projects.
Execute demolition tasks as needed.
Handle light electrical and plumbing work (e.g., hanging light fixtures, connecting sinks, and dishwashers).
Manage warehouse operations, ensuring it is organized and tidy.
Assist the project manager in various project-related tasks.
Maintain a clean driving record and be comfortable driving a 30' box truck and/or pulling a 14' trailer.
Must possess your own tools and have access to a reliable vehicle.
Participate in light cabinetry installation (though not the primary responsibility).
Keep the warehouse clean and assist with deliveries.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Maintain a high level of organization, honesty, and diligence.
Qualifications:
Min 2 years previous experience in carpentry or related field.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to operate a 30' box truck and/or pull a 14' trailer.
Must have your own tools and access to a reliable vehicle.
Knowledge of light cabinetry installation is a plus.

Project Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating sub-contractors and managing projects out in the field to ensure the successful completion of kitchen and bath renovation projects. You must have a passion for project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of overseeing construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee on-site activities for kitchen and bath renovation projects.
Collaborate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and in-house teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Communicate project updates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
Manage project budgets and procurement of materials.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with building codes and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or renovation industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple sub-contractors.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
OSHA certification or willingness to obtain.

Design/Sales
This position will be responsible for the complete design of various types of residential projects, primarily kitchens and baths, for both home remodel and new construction projects. This position will be responsible for providing new clientele through outside solicitation/networking. This person will be responsible for preparing conceptual designs, design development, construction drawings, pricing of cabinetry and other materials, meeting with clients, closing the deal, and following through with project execution
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry
Degree in Interior Design is preferred
Proficient in AutoCAD and/or 20/20 Software
Must possess excellent problem solving skills and communication skills
Must have established sales record with strong consultative closing skills
Design/Sales Assistant
The objective of this position is to become a designer, this position will work closely with current designers while learning the sales process and the 20/20 design program. This position will be responsible for assisting with client meetings, color and product selections, preparing conceptual designs and construction drawings, providing cost estimates, pricing and ordering materials, closing the deal, and following through with project execution.
Requirements:
Assisting customers with selecting color, styles and design of K & B products
Experience in Interior Design with special interest in Kitchen & Bath Design
Excellent communication skills with great attention to detail
Experience in AutoCAD or 20/20 Design Software preferred
Excellent problem solving skills
Experience working with blueprints and knowledge of common kitchen & bath materials
Cabinetry Installer
Toulmin Cabinetry has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and dependable Cabinetry Installer. Qualified applicants will possess and extensive knowledge of cabinet installation and trim work with the ability to understand schematic drawings. Candidate must be able to work independently and efficiently with great attention to detail and professionalism while adhering to deadlines.

Outside Sales
Toulmin Cabinetry has an excellent opportunity for an eager, energetic outside salesperson. Applicant should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the sale of products related to the construction industry. Ideal candidate will possess the ability to identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business through cold calling and networking with other construction industry professionals.

Intern
This position will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients by greeting walk in clients and answering/routing incoming calls and gathering information for potential leads. Intern candidate will be responsible for Blog and Social Media maintenance. Candidate will also be responsible for receiving and scheduling deliveries, maintenance of the showroom, and special projects.
Requirements:
